There is a Criminal way of life out there on the streets of England. The same can be said of the city of Malaga in Spain, where English people who are involved are considered Brothers in Arms or Comrades, better known as ‘He’s one of us’ or ‘One of your own’ and others such as ‘I’ll Vouch for him’ or ‘He’s with me’ or ‘I trust him with my life’ that happen to be much used statements among the criminal world. Well this true story is based around the Man Joe Wilkins aka Johnny Fay but also well remembered as Lucifer by the many people who have done business with him and lived to tell the tale or paid the price.

Joe Wilkins started out as a Bank robber but was caught and pleaded to do a deal with the police who had arrested him. He was set free and then enrolled as an informant for the top officials of Scotland Yard and MI6 to use against his own kind (people of the underworld). Whilst doing so Joe Wilkins had the run of everything plus the freedom from prosecution.

Now being the man Joe was he liked everything from drugs to Diamonds, property, women and money during his long career.  It started out with him stealing  $5,000,000 off the Italian Mafia in (1979) whilst dealing with a Dutch man who headed the cocaine deal off the coast of Spain and died shortly after under strange circumstances. Joe then bought a vast expensive villa in Malaga and floated back and forth from the Med to England doing his evil trade of supplying bodies to his MI6 masters but confusing both his paymasters and the people he set up.

Joe Wilkins was a law unto himself, there was nothing he wouldn’t stop at, why in 1995 he even robbed lottery winner Tom Papworth of all his wealth. Tom became just another victim and again it was the way Joe did it. He kept the police happy with the Cargo of drugs coming into the country. Whilst being paid for the information he also carried out his own deals using the police as a net to let him keep all the money plus the spoils and they knew exactly what he was doing.

Now the criminals of London are not that thick so soon word gets out about his exploits and his wings are clipped by a firm out of London, Joe is told in no uncertain terms he will not be allowed back into England. At the same time the Italian Mafia were not about to wipe their mouth of the $5,000,000 which had gone on the missing list and are still looking for the man responsible, Joe!

The fact that Joe put behind bars more than 250 English and Spanish people indicates the reach of this man’s lack of honour and trust. He is only interested in feathering his own nest.

Will Joe manage to stay ahead of his enemies, or are they closing in?
